Today I will teach you how to make chicken sandwich. It is very very easy to do but it gives a very tasty result. Later I will teach you how to make sliced bread as well so that it is 100% homemade but, I can assure you that with any bread, this sandwich will be impressive
INGREDIENTS:-
A chicken breast
four slices of sliced bread
Lettuce
Two slices of cheese
Ali Oli Sauce or Mayonnaise
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
HOW TO MAKE EASY CHICKEN SANDWICH:
1.- The first thing is to toast the bread. We put a non-stick pan with a drop of olive oil over medium heat and put the bread on top. When one of the sides of the bread has been toasted, we turn it over, put the slice of cheese on the already toasted side and heat it so that it melts a little from the residual heat, while the other side continues to toast. Keep in mind that, here it is designed to put a slice of cheese per sandwich, so this operation will not have to be done with all the breads. If not only with half of them. Although you can add 4 slices if you want and do it with all the breads.
2.- Meanwhile, in another pan, sauté the seasoned chicken with a drop of olive oil and already cut into thin fillets of a size that will fit on the sandwich bread.

So much so, that you can include it in your most special menu as a starter or even as a light and healthy dinner for the whole family. Chicken becomes the main ingredient in this soup. Being a very easy to digest white meat, it is perfect to include it in this recipe. We are also going to give it an extra touch of flavor by adding chicken broth instead of water. It is said that this recipe was used by our grandmothers to cure colds and they may be right because the ingredients that we are going to use make this soup very healthy and also does not contain any fat. To prepare this delicious chicken noodle soup, you just have to follow these simple steps:-

Ingredients for 4 people:-
2 chicken breasts
100g thin noodles
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 carrot
1/2 green pepper
1/2 red pepper
1 tomato
1l chicken broth
200ml crushed tomato
salt and pepper
olive oil

1.- In a saucepan over high heat, we put a splash of oil. When hot, add the chicken breasts previously cut into bite-size cubes. Salt and pepper and let it cook on all sides for about 3 minutes. Afterwards, we remove the chicken from the pan and reserve it on a plate.
2.- We prepare the sauce for our chicken noodle soup. In the same pan, lower the heat to medium and add the onion, garlic cloves, carrot, green pepper, red pepper and tomato. All well chopped. Salt and pepper and let it cook for about 10 minutes while stirring frequently.

3.- After this time, it is the turn to add the crushed tomato, stir so that it integrates with the rest of the ingredients and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
4.- Once this is done, we add the chicken broth and the chopped chicken breast that we had reserved. We mix everything again and cook another 10 minutes.
5.- Finally, it is the turn to add the noodles to our chicken soup. We stir everything again and let it cook for 5 more minutes. We serve immediately.
