ORANGE CHICKEN RECIPE
The orange chicken is a typical food of Asia. In this case, it is chicken breasts cooked with a sauce made from orange juice. It can be accompanied by a white rice, It is very easy and fast to do. You will have it ready in a matter of 30 minutes. Or less. A delicious chicken recipe . To prepare your orange chicken you will need:-
Ingredients for 4 people:-
4 chicken breasts
2 onions
4 oranges
2 tablespoons soya sauce
2 cloves of garlic
1 dash of vinegar
1 spoon of sugar
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
salt and pepper
olive oil
HOW TO MAKE ORANGE CHICKEN
1.- We prepare the sauce:-First, we squeeze the oranges. Now add vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, cornstarch, which will thicken the sauce during cooking, minced garlic cloves, black pepper and a little salt. Now put the chicken for marination and let it marinate for an hour or you can go directly to the next step.
2.- Heat the frying pan on medium flame, when the frying pan becomes hot, add a splash of oil in it. When the oil is hot, add finely chopped onion. Add salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes, while stirring from time to time with a wooden spoon.
3.- We continue with the orange chicken recipe. After time, we turn up the heat and add the chicken breasts, which are already cut into bite size and seasoned. Mix with the onion and seal the taquitos.

4.-Now we add the sauce which we prepared in the beginning. We lower the power of the fire and we cook over a low heat, while we mix with the spoon. The sauce will gradually reduce a little while it also thickens due to the cornstarch. Finally, we sprinkle fresh parsley.
As I said at the beginning, in less than half an hour, you will have this orange chicken ready.It is very quick to make and its result is more than acceptable.

EASY CHINESE SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN RECIPE
how to make this Chinese sweet and sour chicken at home by following a few simple steps that I show you below.
INGREDIENTS for 2 people:-
300g chicken breast
1 egg
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
One garlic clove
1/2 onion
Cornstarch
Salt
Oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
to make the sweet and sour sauce:-
150ml of water
30g ketchup
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon wine (or rice vinegar if you don't have wine)
15g brown sugar
1 teaspoon cornstarch
HOW TO MAKE CHINESE SWEET CHICKEN :
1.- We cut the chicken into more or less large cubes. A bit smaller than a bite size. Now we will chop the garlic, onion and peppers very finely.

2.- In a bowl we put the egg and break it. Add the chicken cubes or chopped chicken. Then we add the soya sauce and a pinch of salt. We mix well
3.- Then you can leave this to marinate in the fridge for 4 hours to a whole day. But if you don't want to, you can continue with the recipe without waiting any longer. Add and cover all this with a generous amount of cornstarch and mix well.
4.- We put in the freezer so that the dough rests and meanwhile, we prepare the sweet and sour sauce that will accompany the chicken. To do this, except the cornstarch,we put all the ingredients of the sauce, in a pan. We heat while stirring frequently. We let it thicken for about 10 minutes and reserve.
5.- Now, we can take the chicken breasts out of the freezer again. remove the excess cornstarch and fry each piece in hot oil. When they are golden brown, we remove them and place them on absorbent paper.

6.- In a large or frying pan, add a splash of oil. We heat it over medium heat and add the minced garlic clove. when it begins to take color, add the onion, pepper and a small amount of salt. Mix everything well. Now cook it for 3 more minutes.
7.- It is time to add the sweet and sour sauce. We also add a teaspoon of cornstarch. This is to thicken the sauce. Mix well and cook for a couple more minutes, without stopping stirring.
8.- Add the chicken. mix well and serve immediately. This meal does not wait.
