How to make a crispy and delicious fried chicken ? Very easily. Here, we are going to prepare a crispy fried chicken as it is prepared in America. Or very similar, at least. You already know that no one beats Americans at making delicious as well as fattening things. But what the hell! Something must die. And if we die eating this crispy fried chicken, we will die happy. So now you know, if you want to prepare it at home and surprise your family or your guests, here is the recipe!



Ingredients for 4 people:-

1kg of chicken wings

1 glass of wheat flour

2 glasses of breadcrumbs or ground

1 teaspoon spices of your choice (cayenne or chili powder, ground black pepper, garlic and onion powder, paprika)

1 egg

200ml milk

salt and pepper

oil for frying



HOW TO MAKE CRISPY FRIED CHICKEN

1.- Cut the chicken wings. With a very sharp knife we ​​cut them at the joint. The little lace that does not serve us, we remove it. It helps us to make a broth with them, for example.

3.-  In another plate we add flour, breadcrumbs, spices to prepare the second part of breading (you can add whatever you want but the ingredients which are suggested in the section are very good) and we mix all the ingredients with our hands till  until they are all homogeneously mixed



4.- We pass the wings through the mixture of breadcrumbs flour, spices, egg and milk mixture and then again through the mixture of flour and breadcrumbs. Keep it reserve on a plate until we've finished breading all the wings.

5.- Once breaded, we put the wings of our crispy fried chicken in the fridge for an hour so that the outside breading settles well.

6.- Finally, fry the wings for  5 minutes. The oil should be hot, but not too hot so that the wings are well fried inside without the outer breading getting burned.

CHINESE CHICKEN WITH ALMONDS EASY RECIPE


The chicken with almonds Chinese style is a stew of this bird, very typical oriental. Chinese food restaurants located in Spain prepare it quite frequently. It consists of a chicken marinated in soy sauce that is grilled with almonds and other vegetables. Finally, it finishes cooking in chicken broth, thus achieving a different but very popular stew among these restaurants. It is easy to do and also fast. It is also healthy, especially having prepared it at home, knowing the ingredients they contain. They are as follows:

Ingredients for 4 people:-

3 chicken breasts

150-200ml soy sauce

1 pinch of sugar

2 carrots

1 small onion

150g of raw (or toasted) almonds

200ml chicken broth

1 teaspoon cornstarch

Olive oil

CHINESE STYLE CHICKEN WITH ALMONDS RECIPE:-

1.- We cut the chicken breasts into large cubes and put them in a bowl. We cover it with soy sauce and add a pinch of sugar. Salt is not necessary because the soy sauce is already very tasty in itself. Then we put everything in the fridge and let it marinate for an hour


2.- While macerating, roast the almonds, if they are not already. In a wok, or very large frying pan, add a small drizzle of olive oil. When it is hot, add the almonds and sauté them briefly. Until they have toasted. Remove and reserve on a plate

3.- We return the wok to the fire and now we put the carrot and onion here, cut into large cubes (that can be seen on the plate). We sauté them for three minutes and once the time has passed, we put them next to the almonds



4.- After the time of marinating the chicken, drain it from the soy sauce and cook it in the same wok over high heat, until it has been well sealed on the outside. Couple of minutes. Then we add the vegetables and almonds, the chicken broth (enough to cover it) and let it cook here over medium heat for about 10 minutes or so.



5.- After the time, we add the teaspoon of cornstarch, so that the sauce thickens a little and we constantly stir everything in the same fire for 3 more minutes.
