RECIPE FOR THE OREO CAKE WITHOUT OVEN
Do you like cheesecake? Then you will like this homemade oreo cake even more. And it is so easy that it is done without an oven. You will need, yes, a few hours to let it set (hours that you can spend doing other things) but, except for that period, it is a cake that is made very quickly. So, this is also a quick and easy dessert to make. The ideal in a recipe. Without further ado, let's go with the ingredients to make a homemade oreo cake:
INGREDIENTS for a mold of about 20cm in diameter:
25 oreo cookies (300g)
150g butter at room temperature
500g of cream cheese. Philadelphia type
500g of whipping cream. Also known as heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons (15g) of neutral gelatin. You can also use 6 sheets if you use it in this format
80g sugar

HOW TO MAKE THE OREO CAKE WITHOUT OVEN:
1.- We separate the cookies from the cream. We remove one of the cookies and then, with the help of a knife, we separate the cream from the cookie.
2.- We put the cream in a large casserole. And the cookie is lightly crushed by hand and placed on a blender. Blend well.
3.- When a kind of fine grit has been left, reserve approximately 1/3 of the crushed biscuit on a plate.
4.- To the remaining 2/3, we add the butter at room temperature and beat again. So that both ingredients are well integrated. This will be the base of our cake.
5.- We continue with the oreo cake without an oven: We add this mixture on a removable cake mold. With these amounts, I used one of 20 but you can use one of a similar size without problems. With a spoon, spread all the biscuit and butter mixture over the entire surface, squeezing it well and leaving no gaps. Then we put in the fridge while we do the next step

6.- We put the casserole where we have the biscuit creams over low heat. Add the cream, cream cheese, sugar and gelatin and stir constantly. Let all the ingredients melt. This mixture must never come to a boil or it will taste unpleasant.
7.- When it is well undone we add it on the biscuit base. Let it rest for 10 minutes and then put it back in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours. Better if it's a whole night
8.- The next day, sprinkle with a sieve, or if you don't have it with a strainer, the cookie that we had reserved at the beginning. The one with no butter mix. We unmold and it is ready!

Ingredients for 4 people:
350g cream cheese (spread cheese)
2 eggs
150ml whipping cream
100g of sugar
80g of wheat flour
BAKED CHEESE CAKE RECIPE:
1.- We take the cream cheese out of the fridge, which can be the brand you like the most, and let it temper and bring it to room temperature. This will make it easier to manipulate and integrate it later.
2.- In a bowl we put all the ingredients, including the cheese. Then, with a manual stirrer, we mix all the ingredients, until we have a homogeneous mixture without lumps (neither the cheese, nor the flour)
3.- We line the bottom of a removable baking paper cake mold. For these amounts, one about 20cm in diameter is pretty good.
4.- We introduce the mold in the oven, previously heated to 190ºC, heat up and down. Let it bake for around 1 hour, until it has turned a dark brown color on its surface. Without getting burned, of course.
5.- We will see how, with the passing of the minutes, the cheesecake begins to rise. However, it is not a sponge cake so, when you take it out of the oven, it will go down. After around 50 ′ or 1 hour, we prick with a stick. If it comes out dry, it's done. let it cool completely
6.- We unmold. If you see that it sticks to the wall of the mold, go over it with a knife. Cut it into individual portions and if you wish, you can accompany it with strawberry, blueberry or raspberry jam
